Up Yours!!

HERE'S MY MIDDLE FINGER TO THE LOCAL PAPER!! YOUR DECISIONS NOT TO PRINT JOB ADS THAT'S DISCRIMINATE AGE, GENDER, RACE OR LANGUAGE... IS 15 YEARS TOO LATE!!

The local paper *recognized* the needs for job seekers especially the minority to have an equal job opportunity in the global economics. Advertisers that specifically requested for certain language needs to emphasize in details in the job ads. Potential job applicants should be considers by their job merits, experience qualification.

Suckers were applauding saying OH its about time, its not much but its a first step.
Well..like I said... ITS LONG OVERDUE.. 15 YEARS TOO LATE!!..For the so called *leader* that represents the minority in my eyes are just puppet cuz this issues have been going on for eons.. AND YOU HAVE NOT DONE SHIT!!.. U CAN TAKE THAT HAPPY FACE AND SHOVE IT WHERE THE SU
N DON'T SHINE.

I wrote to a certain government body, highlighting the job ads discrimination published in the local paper. The reply that I received .. COULD YOU PLEASE HIGHLIGHTED TO US THE NAME OF THE COMPANY/IES THAT CARRY SUCH PRACTICES... I'm like.. uhhh BITCH.. OPEN THE DAMN PAPERS AND READ IT FOR YOURSELF!!


I'm done... because I'm still not convince. Banning of discriminating job ads will not stop companies that practices bias employment from hiring minority. The Advertiser could easily dis
miss the qualified job seeker by lame excuses of lacking in certain job criteria, more directly, the inability to converse in particular language, when English is the mainstream language in the working environment.

My final thoughts on this....Up Yours!!
