don't you think its about time this freakin' website upgrade their TEMPLATE??!! i mean for real... i was browsing cuz i have too much time on my hand and we're back to old boring template. i want to jazz it up a little bit, but not being a IT savvy.. importing template will only screw up my page (been there, done that and will not do it again). so here i am back to square one of recycling template...juz because i was bored and have too much time to waste.
anyway... now that i have get that off my chest... i need to rant about my week.
it was a short working week, we only operating 4.5 days as friday we working till 1pm. i was nervous when i step into work on monday due to what has taken place over last friday. as usual, the issue was brought up and i explain on my end. they do acknowledge that the system is not completely error free. i become paranoid about downloading that i even wrote down from which server after each download. folks at work were sneezing and some of us were working late, advancing work due to the upcoming public holiday on monday. i was tired from working late that friday morning did not starts great for me.
it was raining, i overslept, waited for my usual ride and end up chasing public transportation to work. waited for almost half an hour for 39 to turn up and before i'm about to loose my temper, decides to ditch that and waited on 969 instead. as usual, when you're late, everything else taking in slow motion. the bus finally turn up only packed like sardines. so i waited for the next one thinking it won't be long....sigh.. was i wrong. another half an hour gone and by this time i'm about to bite someone head off. finally i decides to take the train which total ride about 1hr 20mins... finally enter the office past 10am. needless to say everyone was in... but hey, i did text my boss and tell him your highness going to be late.
nur, zainah and me left the office by 2.30pm to check out couple event held at the expo halls near our work place. i end up spending 3hours at the book sale, totally immersed in finding a good book to read, something that i could escape from reality stress. it was a pretty good sale, prices ranges from S$6 to S$15. i had about 20 books in my basket but end up buying 8 instead. i think i have a pretty good selection to read. they making it hard for me to leave the place as they keep stacking *new* books (old stock and titles) on the table. i had to get out of there or i be there the whole night!!
i was tired but happy with my purchase, even though i told kak ros i won't be buying ANYTHING from now till end of the year. she knows i won't stick to my words...lmao. but i promise these books are my last purchase... mmm well.. i will try.
ahhh.. i love the smell of new book....
ps: my colleagues and i have decided that our boss is a good colleague but not a good boss. if only we could appraise him during the appraisal period.. hee hee..

also, hmm..I guess bad boss but good coworker is better than nothing
work gonna be busy till end of december and stress level gonna goes up...but i'm trying to maintain coolness.. hee hee.
