For the first time in my *career* life, I marched to HR and filed a report against an upper management staff. It was Friday, 18 July, 3.30pm.
We were on coffee break, couple of us gathering at the smaller pantry, joking and laughing to ease the stress away. When Mr Skeleton (cuz he skinny like that) walks into the pantry to make his cup of coco. Not realizing he was walking towards the printer (assuming to pick up his print job and yes the printer is located in the pantry), at that very moment I move my hand and hit on his hot coco.
Of course the hot drink spill to the floor and a good 3/4 of the hot drink spill on me. Thank God there was hardly any scalding but what happen after that was what shook me most.
Mr Skeleton: You stupid woman!! (face turning all red, eyes squinting like the squirrel).
I was speechless...
Mr Skeleton: You stupid bitch!! (wow!!!! wait a sec), stupid bitch...
But I was still speechless..
I move to the dishwasher wash my hand, look at him and calmly said,
Me: Was that really necessary to cuss?
Mr Skeleton: I'm piss. You stupid bitch...
Me: You know what Mr Skeleton, you a real bastard. (I know I shouldn't have said it, but I swear it's better than me slapping his face).
I walk away to clean myself.
The good thing was, when he was busy cussing at me, there were witness to hear and see what has taken place. First of all, it was ACCIDENTAL. It was not done on purpose that I wanted to spill his drink, as my hand move at the same time he makes his move.
Now, I think I was still in shock as I realize I was calm throughout the incident. What I did next was to report the incident to my Director, she than had said I have the right to bring it up to HR but let her talk to him first. I said ok and wait.
Big Boss said, he realized that he was over reacting and will call me to apologize.
Mr Skeleton : This is Skeleton. Can I talk with you.
Me: Why? For more cussing from you?
Mr Skeleton: No, can you come over here.
Me: Not right now (hang up the phone).
See, now why the hell should I march my ass to your table so you can apologize to me when you the one who cuss me out? The way I look at it, you should be making your bony ass to my table, approach me and apologise and not the other way around.
That's when I decided to file a report to HR. Told her everything including the fact I called him a bastard. I brought one of the witness (Kak Ros) with me to verify what has happen. She approach him and asked me if I could make my way to the executive pantry and he will meet me there. I agree out of respect for the HR who personally came over to me and my boss.
He said, he should not have said what he said that he was overreacting. I told him, its a very convenient excuses to use right now. What he said was uncalled for since it was accidental and he was crude and very ungentle man to cuss me out in front of a group of people. I told him that I don't want him to think he can get a free pass saying whatever he felt just because he has a bad day and get away with it. Than I walk away, cuz I don't here the apology I was there for.
My only mistake was not having HR stays during the *apology* session, but at least HR is aware of the situation. I doubt he was going to apologize as he has ego and felt he was in the right. The only reason he decides to do so was because I report to my boss and the HR. If I have not done so, he would just take it as another day at the office. If he is sincere about apologising, he would have done so immediately upon realizing his mistake and not 1.5hr later, after I report his skinny ass.

i found out this not the first time he was cussin at the ladies. the other two just cried and didn't file a complain, therefore giving the impression that he can get away with it.
