I'm drench, huffing and puffing for every breath. Muscle starts to ache when suddenly he barks... NOW KICK THAT LEGS UP HARD!!....

ot such a kick from all the punching and kicking in the air, like some martial artist...lol. This is one way for me to let off my steam and frustration. Whomever that piss me off on that particular day... well well... I be visualizing his/her mugshot as I'm kicking and punching the air... TAKE THAT!! AND THAT!! AND THAT!! BEE-YAATTCHHH!!!! phew!! I feel so much better to have an outlet for my angst. *I'm gonna knock you out (huhh!!!). Momma said knock you out (huhhh!!!).* Yap believe me sir, I be repeating that like a crazy mantra when I'm swinging that kick out. It doesn't hurt that I learn a little self defence while exercising... hee hee.. watch out.. don't be coming at me on the wrong day on the wrong side of the track... you won't know what gonna hit you.. hee hee...
Well, I can't wait to start my yoga class on Monday. Which is fine and dandy for me sinc
e its going to be held during lunch time, just like my ABT class on Wednesday. I never attended yoga before, but it seems to be the *in thing* right now. Not sure how much I can stretch and be all limber with my stiff joints, just hope its not going to be boring. All those Ohmmmm, not sure if I can deal with that. What do I wish to get out of this class..... MORE LIMBER OF COURSE!!! Kamasutra folks.. kamasutra.... hee hee
As for my ABT class.... well I swear the instructor make us work out like Jane Fonda in the making!! My body sore but I feel great. I feel more alive after a good jumping around after lunch and recharged. Why I start taking up all these classes like junkie hook on weeds??!! Well I have no more excuses now. Its during work hour, held at work, what more do I need but get my ass moving!!
What do I expect to achieve from 3 times a week...... I'm a realist. If I lost weight along the way... GREAT!! If I lost 1 or 2 sizes down... WONDERFUL!! But most important to me, wanting to be fit and feel good again. I'm not interested to have a chiseled body.. I just want to tone it. I have no desire to be skinny... been there.. done that... I will not deprived myself of food cuz I'm loving my fried Popeye chickens too much and my kettle potato chips. But I will try to learn to eat healthy but still not depriving myself. I'm still taking baby steps in all these classes, going at my own phase. Slowly gaining my strength and stamina. I don't believe in overdoing the workout. Its the first step that counts and the rest will comes naturally!!!
