I'm excited... today, I be attending my first ABT class. For those not in the know know.. thats Abs, Butt and Thigh.
Yap, sister gotta keep it trim!!... Woo hooo, the thought of tight body makes me all excited but the agonizing pain that I know I'm going to feel later, might just make me a b*tch for a day....lol
Well, let me put it this way... its been eons since I step into any gym or the last time I step on my step master (courtesy of Ice Tea). Yeah that thing is sitting in the corner, collecting dust as I'm typing this.
The ABT class is being held during lunch break at work. So heck, why not.. its convenient, close and save me transport money. Uhh.. only set back.. no shower stall.... lawd I'm going to be smelling funky!!
But, I come prepared... got my extra towel, my baby powder and yeah.. my body spray. Hopefully that will mask the .. uhh.. yanno...
Will update later after my first class and see just .. uhh.. fit.. I'm feeling...

At the last minute email flying out informing us... THE INSTRUCTOR IS FEELING UNWELL, CLASS WILL THEREFORE BE POSTPONED FOR TODAY.
Sigh..
So much for getting all hype up, gear up and I even bought a damn new exercised mat!!... Than the girls decided to celebrate by going to POPEYE for lunch!! Yap that's right... CHICKEN!! CHICKEN!! oh heavenly FRIED CHICKEN!! Trying to convince one another that we would not have such an opportunity to do so once classes resume next week... MMM.. YEAH RIGHT.. OK I'M CONVINCE, SOLD!!... lol.... I'm so easily please, just wave fried chicken in front of me and I'm yours..... hee hee.
Well, I should have said no. And stayed in for lunch. Why?? Cuz I end up spending more than I should and when I SHOULD NOT!!!
Okay... so I can't resist the bottle of eau de toilette that I been eyeing since last week. Today I caved in and bought Absolutely Givenchy.... not one bottle... but TWO!!!!! Wait.. hold up.. its a special packaging where it's cheaper than to buy single. OK Ok... so I went overboard.. booo hoo hooo... but no matter, I love it, I love it, I luvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvittt!!

geez sista I needs to exercise. After India I had lost some pounds and then put it right back in in South Africa.
Now here in the US I am not feeling the workout route.
Just reading you is making me huff and puff.
